AMZU Consulting was founded by senior IT professionals who spent years on large transformation projects in finance, insurance and technology.

Our story

Technology should serve the business, not the other way round.

We have seen how large projects get bogged down: too much complexity, teams pulling in different directions, systems engineered far beyond what the business needed.

Companies needed more than a delivery team. They needed someone who could connect the strategy to the build, and who would say plainly when a simpler answer would do.

That is the firm we run. Today most of our work is AI agents, voice AI, workflow automation and custom software, for businesses in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

    If part of a project belongs with another specialist, we say so at the start.

  • We plan for the bad day

    What happens when the system is unsure, or a step fails, is designed before launch.

  • We verify before we recommend

    Vendor claims and platform rules are checked against the vendor’s own documentation.

  • We add to what you have

    New systems are tested beside your live ones, so nothing in daily use is disturbed.
