Solution Architecture & Strategy

Know what to build before you build it.

Before anything is built, someone has to decide what to build, in what order and with which skills. We produce that plan, with realistic options and the variables that would change the scope.

What we build

The work, in plain terms.

  • 01

    Technical feasibility

What the hardware, the data and the vendors can really support.

  • 02

    Architecture options

Two or three realistic paths, so you choose on control and data residency.

  • 03

    Delivery planning

Phases, roles and skills, in an order that reduces risk early.

  • 04

    Proposal documentation

Technical sections, objectives and deliverables, written to be submitted.

How we approach it

Three rules we do not bend.

  • We say what we will not do

Safety-critical hardware work stays with the engineers qualified to do it.

  • Options, not a single path

The decision that shapes a project is rarely the AI. It is usually where your data lives.

  • Risks become decision points

An open question is scoped as something to settle, not buried as an assumption.

Our work here

The proof, not the promise.

Manufacturing

Internal AI assistant built for accuracy, not confidence

We designed an enterprise knowledge assistant that answers technical support questions in Slack from scattered documentation and undocumented expertise, with citations and escalation instead of guesses.

Energy & IoT

Cloud backend and AI for an IoT heating system

We designed the backend, AI optimisation layer, web and mobile applications for an internet-connected thermal management system, and authored the technical case for a government innovation grant.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

What do we receive at the end?

A written architecture, a phased delivery plan, the roles and skills required, and a list of the risks that would change the scope.

Do you only plan, or do you also build?

Both. Some engagements end with the plan, which you can take to any team. Others continue into a build with us.
